After purchasing one of my DIY stationery templats, you will receive an email from "Templett" with a link to where you can customize your template. No downloading of a file, fonts, or particular program is required to begin creating your stationery.
If purchasing printable art (ie not stationery templates) you will be able to download your file(s) immediately upon completing payment. To access your digital file(s), go to Your Account > Purchases and Reviews (https://www.etsy.com/your/purchases) and locate your order. Click on "Download Files" to navigate to the downloads page to access all the files attached to your order.
- All text is editable.
- All font styles can be changed with extra font styles available right within Templett
- Add, resize, recolor, move, or delete any text.
- Change the color of the background.
- Graphics can be resized, moved, or deleted. They cannot be recolored aside from lightening, darkening, or changing the saturation of the current colors.
- Add your own elements (pictures, additional text fields, backside, etc)
No special software is necessary to customize your templates! You will be able to fully edit your template right from within your favorite web browser (on desktops only, templates cannot be edited on mobile phones or tablets).
After customizing your template, you have the choice to save the stationery as a PDF, JPEG, or PNG. You will need the free Adobe PDF Reader in order to open a PDF.

Jen recommends printing from the comfort of your own home or at a local printer. For the best final results, we recommend you print on thick, high-quality paper (80lb / 220gsm or heavier).

The templates and the physical items created may not be resold, shared, or used commercially. Likewise, you may not copy, redistribute, or resell the designs and artwork.
Orders only deliver digital files and do not include printing, framing, or accessories.
Due to different monitor/printer calibration settings, the color on your screen may not truly represent the finished print.

You’re free to cancel a clothing order anytime before items have been created (usually within one hour of placing the order). If a cancelation is requested after an item has started the process of being made, it is unlikely that a cancelation is possible.
We’re happy to offer a refund if there is any damage to an order. This can be things like manufacturing errors, items arriving with holes, or the order arriving with clear, demonstrable damage. To request a refund, please reach out with photo evidence of the item’s improper condition. You will need to ship the item back to us, but those shipping costs will be covered.
If an order arrives with manufacturing errors, in the wrong size, or has other obvious errors, we’ll happily work with you to find a solution. However, if a customer simply changes their mind regarding a sale, it’s unlikely that a refund, exchange, or other special treatment will be offered.
After an item is shipped, things have moved beyond our control. Shipping (particularly for international orders) is affected by many outside influences, especially COVID-19. If you’d like an update on your order, please contact the shipping company with your order number or use a tracking number or link. Refunds will not be given for delayed deliveries because of the shipping carriers.
