These Port Authority® personalized tote bags measure 15.75" x 15.25" with a handle length of 21.5". The tote material is 100% cotton sheeting. Add the reinforced handle stitching to the mix, and you've got a reliable bag rich in practicality and durability.
Listing includes the bag printed with the name of your choice and the second line with the date customized. Perfect gift for the bride, bridesmaids, mother of the bride, flower girls - anyone! • Be sure to indicate color selections alongside your text personalization (if you would like different colors on each bag). Color options are for the printing colors only, not the bag color! Then use the dropdown bar to select the total overall order quantity needed. Finally, add to the cart and checkout!
• Slight color variance from what you see on your screen to what arrives printed can be experienced. Please reach out if you want us to color match, and we'll try our best!
• ~1-inch size variance in the production of the bag itself. This variance is due to manufacturing and is out of our control.
• All items used in the listing photos besides the bags are for prop purposes only. Orders will only include the bags with no goodies.
• Turnaround time varies. If you need your order in less than two weeks, message us before placing your order.
• We only send out proofs for entirely custom orders. If you want to see a mockup of your order before the order goes to production, a $10 proofing fee will apply.
• We love making custom designs! If you have an idea for a bag that you don't see up in the shop, message us, and we can create something together.
• The "www.pinksprucedesigns.com" watermark will NOT appear on your actual product.

HOW DO I DOWNLOAD MY FILES?
After purchasing one of my DIY stationery templats, you will receive an email from "Templett" with a link to where you can customize your template. No downloading of a file, fonts, or particular program is required to begin creating your stationery.
If purchasing printable art (ie not stationery templates) you will be able to download your file(s) immediately upon completing payment. To access your digital file(s), go to Your Account > Purchases and Reviews (https://www.etsy.com/your/purchases) and locate your order. Click on "Download Files" to navigate to the downloads page to access all the files attached to your order.
WHAT CAN I EDIT IN MY STATIONERY TEMPLATE?
- All text is editable.
- All font styles can be changed with extra font styles available right within Templett
- Add, resize, recolor, move, or delete any text.
- Change the color of the background.
- Graphics can be resized, moved, or deleted. They cannot be recolored aside from lightening, darkening, or changing the saturation of the current colors.
- Add your own elements (pictures, additional text fields, backside, etc)
WHAT SOFTWARE DO I NEED?
No special software is necessary to customize your templates! You will be able to fully edit your template right from within your favorite web browser (on desktops only, templates cannot be edited on mobile phones or tablets).
After customizing your template, you have the choice to save the stationery as a PDF, JPEG, or PNG. You will need the free Adobe PDF Reader in order to open a PDF.

WHERE SHOULD I PRINT MY TEMPLATE?
Jen recommends printing from the comfort of your own home or at a local printer. For the best final results, we recommend you print on thick, high-quality paper (80lb / 220gsm or heavier).

Orders only deliver digital files and do not include printing, framing, or accessories.
Due to different monitor/printer calibration settings, the color on your screen may not truly represent the finished print.

CLOTHING ORDERS - CANCELLATIONS
You’re free to cancel a clothing order anytime before items have been created (usually within one hour of placing the order). If a cancelation is requested after an item has started the process of being made, it is unlikely that a cancelation is possible.
CLOTHING ORDERS - REFUNDS & EXCHANGES
We’re happy to offer a refund if there is any damage to an order. This can be things like manufacturing errors, items arriving with holes, or the order arriving with clear, demonstrable damage. To request a refund, please reach out with photo evidence of the item’s improper condition. You will need to ship the item back to us, but those shipping costs will be covered.
If an order arrives with manufacturing errors, in the wrong size, or has other obvious errors, we’ll happily work with you to find a solution. However, if a customer simply changes their mind regarding a sale, it’s unlikely that a refund, exchange, or other special treatment will be offered.
CLOTHING ORDERS - SHIPPING POLICIES
After an item is shipped, things have moved beyond our control. Shipping (particularly for international orders) is affected by many outside influences, especially COVID-19. If you’d like an update on your order, please contact the shipping company with your order number or use a tracking number or link. Refunds will not be given for delayed deliveries because of the shipping carriers.
