Once you send the files for print, we cannot change the order; Therefore, I do not accept returns or refunds on printed pieces once you submit your file(s). I want to make sure you're happy with your purchase, though, so please do not hesitate to send me a message should you have any concerns/questions before making your purchase.

• Please proofread your designs carefully. Pink Spruce Designs cannot be responsible for errors or omissions in work sent, so be sure to check your files carefully for correct information, spelling, punctuation, capitalization, grammar, valid addresses, ALL of the things.

• Once you submit your file to Pink Spruce Designs, your order will go into production immediately, and we cannot make any further revisions.

• If your template includes a gold/silver/rose gold foil element, be advised that this cosmetic effect is created in photoshop to RESEMBLE actual foil pressing. If your text appears white on the document, this is also an effect created in Photoshop, and your print will be full digital printing. Although these are faux effects, they are still beautiful. Please contact me for pricing that includes genuine foil printing or white ink printing services.

• Be sure you update your Etsy account with the correct shipping address before checkout. Shipping to the USA only to the address submitted upon checkout.

• You will receive a tracking number when the print order ships. Pink Spruce Designs assumes no additional responsibility for items lost in the mail, delays, or damages caused by postal carriers, weather, or any other source of damage.

• Every monitor and printer is color calibrated differently. Therefore, color may vary slightly from that seen on the screen. Also, please keep in mind that on-screen images are visualized with a bright white light behind them, often making colors appear brighter and more vivid than is possible even with professional printing equipment.

• Customers must have permission and appropriate legal rights to print the submitted files. Pink Spruce Designs retains the right to refuse print service if we question who holds legal rights to the design. You agree that you have legal rights to print the project by submitting your order.

• Each design needs to have a 0.125-inch bleed incorporated on all sides if you wish to achieve a borderless print.

• If you are using an Apple ID email or Apple Pay, your template email will **not** be deliverable due to privacy blocks from Apple Pay. Please update your Etsy account email before your purchase.
